Foundyra (foundyra.com), operated by Rynova Labs, is an AI-powered platform that helps founders validate, launch, and grow app businesses.

Data we collect

Account data: your email address and authentication details.
Project data you provide: your startup idea, business details, brand preferences, and content you create or approve on the platform.
Usage data: interactions with the product and standard analytics events, used to improve the service.
Waitlist data: the email you submit to join the waitlist, used to contact you about access.

How we use your data

To provide the service: your idea and project details are processed by AI models to generate validation assets, recommendations, and build plans.
To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
Your project data and business strategy stay private to your account. Aggregate, anonymized patterns (never your content, strategy, or personal data) may improve platform recommendations, as described in our terms.

We do not sell your personal data.

Third-party services

We rely on service providers to run Foundyra: cloud hosting and data storage (Google Firebase), web hosting and DNS (Cloudflare), AI model providers (to process generation requests), product analytics, and error monitoring. These providers process data on our behalf.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can request export or deletion of your account and all associated data at any time; deletion is permanent.
